Development of a diagnostic kit for rapid, accurate, and cost-effective pathogen detection

The health of animals, plants, food, and the environment is directly dependent on how quickly pathogens can be detected. Traditional methods such as RT-PCR are highly accurate, but they are slow, costly, and complex to deploy. In practice, this leads to delays, reduced crop protection, increased risks to animal health, and greater challenges in ensuring food safety.

The molecular diagnostic solution we are developing for a specific pathogen (virus, bacterium, etc.) delivers test results within just 45 minutes.
