This privacy policy regulates the collection, storage and processing of personal data collected by the Pomurje Technology Park (hereinafter PTP) from you when you agree to receive content such as e-newsletters about current tenders, information about activities and invitations to various events and trainings organized by Pomurje Technology Park or other business partners. In the following, we define the terms and explain how and for what purposes we collect your data.

Personal data and the purpose of their processing

If you want to receive PTP content (e-news, information about activities, invitations to PTP events), you must fill in the form/order form/application/registration on the PTP website. By filling in this form/order form/application/registration and confirming it, you provide PTP with the following contact information:

PTP respects your privacy and is committed to the collection, storage and processing of personal data with care and in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations. As there are certain links in the online PTP information system to other, external websites that are not directly linked to the PTP, we will not take any responsibility for the protection of data on these websites.

In order to prevent unauthorized access to or disclosure of the data obtained, to maintain the accuracy of personal data and to ensure their proper use, we use appropriate technical and organizational procedures to secure the data we collect. PTP cannot rule out possible misuse of data, as the Internet is an unpredictable medium despite security measures and security communication protocols.

Consent

We process the personal data you provide to us when you apply for e-newsletters on current calls, information on activities and invitations to various PTP events and trainings with your clear and unambiguous consent based on Article 6 (1), (a) EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). In order to improve the quality of our products and services and for statistical purposes, in connection with the e-mails we send you, we also process data on the display of received messages and clicks on links in received messages.

You consent to the processing of personal data by clicking “CONFIRM” on the PTP website on the online double opt-in form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link, which is located at the foot of each message you receive from PTP or by sending an e-mail to the address: info@p-tech.si. In case of consent withdrawal, we will delete your collected personal data in accordance with the applicable rules of personal data protection. Any withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data at the time before the withdrawal was given.

Your rights

In accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure (“forgetting”), the right to transferability, the right to request restrictions on personal data processing and the right to object.

When exercising all your rights or obtaining additional information, submit the application by regular mail to the address Pomurski tehnološki park, Plese 9a, 9000 Murska Sobota or by e-mail to the e-mail address: info@p-tech.si. We will process and respond to your application in accordance with the GDPR.

If you believe that your rights or regulations on personal data protection have been violated, you can complain to the competent state authority:

Time of storage of personal data

PTP keeps your personal data as long as necessary for the purpose of sending e-news about current tenders, information on activities and invitations to various events and trainings, which you applied for. In case you no longer wish to receive content from PTP and unsubscribe from it, or in the event that you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for this purpose, we will delete your PTP data and no longer use your data for this purpose.
