Laboratory of young talents
Within the framework of the program, the connection of young talents with the regional companies is encouraged with the professional support of mentors. Young people are thus enabled to work directly on a concrete professional challenge given by the company and with the help of which young people can introduce themselves to companies already at the stage of formal education.
Young talents are thus helped in the co-creation of innovative solutions, while domestic companies have the opportunity to discover and secure quality personnel in time through the measures of co-financed scholarships.
Co-working & Business training program
It is a model of entrepreneurial training in which potential entrepreneurs develop and realize their entrepreneurial idea during 4 months of employment at the Development Center Murska Sobota. Inclusion takes place by applying for a public tender, which is published on the website of the Development Center Murska Sobota. Candidates must have a permanent or temporary residence in the Pomurje region. Up to 11 people are selected from among the registered candidates. The public tender is published every five months in the years 2023 – 2028.
Potential entrepreneurs receive:
- 4 – monthly regular employment
- Mentoring and assistance in developing a business idea and creating a business plan
