Venture studio

What Is a VENTURE STUDIO?

A Venture Studio is a development program for high-tech projects that have moved beyond the research phase and require a structured transition into a commercial environment. The model is based on active operational involvement—not mentorship—and includes development capabilities, company co-creation, and the systematic preparation of technology for market entry.

Who is the program ideal for

The program is designed for projects where technical feasibility has already been validated, and the key challenge lies in reducing technological, market, and execution risk prior to market entry or company formation.

Venture Studio creates the greatest value for:

• Research teams and innovators with validated technology

• Technology companies in the accelerated commercialization phase

• Corporations developing internal spin-off projects

• University and research projects with high innovation potential

What we offer

We offer an integrated development framework that combines technological development, business design, and investment readiness. The support is tailored to the specific needs of each project.

Support includes:

Technological upgrades and development of next prototype versions

Organization of pilot and demonstration projects in real-world environments

Validation of market readiness (MRL) and verification of the business model

Establishing the company’s organizational and team foundations

Partial co-financing of testing and development activities

Access to infrastructure and industrial partners

Support in securing capital, grants, and investors
The goal is clear: transitioning from a laboratory-validated technology to a commercially ready solution.

Why Venture Studio is different

Traditional incubators and accelerators provide advice. A Venture Studio takes on part of the execution.

The model is based on:

• Direct collaboration in the development of the technology and business model

• Operational support in the execution of pilots and validations

• Active structuring of the spin-off

• Filling missing competencies within the team

• Co-creating the investment strategy and partnerships
Instead of accelerating existing structures, we build new ones—together with the team.

Our Collaboration Model

The collaboration is structured into four development phases:

1. TRL/MRL Assessment and Development Roadmap

Technical and market diagnostics of the project, identification of critical gaps, and definition of the pathway to TRL 7–9.

2. Technology Upgrade and Validation

Development of enhanced prototype versions, testing, and preparation of the conditions required for deployment in real-world environments.

3. Pilot Project and Market Validation

Implementation of pilot projects with industrial partners and assessment of user value, cost efficiency, and regulatory requirements.

4. Spin-off Formation and Investment Readiness

Business model development, investment materials, and company formation readiness.

Funding and Access to Capital

The program provides initial quasi-equity funding to support the development of the PoC and MVP phases, along with active support in accessing venture capital, public funding calls, business angels, and strategic investors.

Infrastructure and Capabilities

The Venture Studio provides access to development infrastructure, along with systematic scouting of experts and partners to fill critical competency gaps and accelerate the project’s transition into industrial and market environments.

Who Is Our Studio For?

The program is designed for projects at TRL 6, where the solution has been validated in a laboratory or simulated environment and requires further development to operate under real-world conditions.

We primarily support projects that:

  • require a transition from prototype to real operational environments (TRL 7–9),
  • involve pilot or demonstration implementations with industrial partners,
  • are entering regulated or technologically complex industries,
  • are validating market readiness and business value (MRL),
  • are preparing for the establishment of a spin-off company or an investment phase.
